    Its good and bad, stagnant market isnt good for anyone, as not a lot is going on.

    Either falls are good for one and bad for another...

    Or to the contrary, rises are good for one and bad for another...

    Stagnant market is only good for those looking to make further investments in the future and not today. As the saying goes ... not a lot happening here... could be a lot worse in the future, but then, id still rather be in a house I own, than im renting, for security purposes.

    I woudn't want to be out on my ear as the landlord is too exposed to the debt!

    1) Get most competitive Lifetime Mortgage (Done)
    2) Make healthy savings, spend wisely (Doing)
    3) Ensure healthy pension fund - (Doing)
    4) Ensure house is nice, suitable, safe, and located - (Done)
    5) Keep everyone happy, healthy and entertained (Done, Doing, Going to do)
