I'd normally just experiment and try it but that's really not possible as, when I make something like that, I make a LOT, enough to last me for 6+ big meals, so I can't just test stuff out.

I think if you just cracked the eggs into the boiling mixture you would get curried poached egg...if you whisk them first you will get curried scrammbled egg.
What about adding the egg to the rice instead(assuming you have rice with the curry?)Slimming World..Wk1,..STS,..Wk2,..-2LB,..Wk3,..-3.5lb,..Wk4,..-2.5,..Wk5,..-1/2lb,Wk6,..STS,..Wk7,..-1lb.

What do you mean, just cracking the egg into the pan with the boiling rice in?

If you turned your curry down to a very low simmer and made a sort of dip in it you could crack the egg in to that and then let it cook before eating. It would be a kind of poached egg but I think it could be very good. If your curry has a thickish consistency then it will hold the egg together while it cooks"doing the best you enjoy, not the best you can tolerate, is truly the best you can do sustainably."0
