This morning I received the washing powder and £1-50 voucher. It came with a hand written note saying "We would like to apologise for the delay and thankyou for letting us know. We work with an agency to send our samples out and we have been informed that there have been some delays. Please find your sample enclosed. We stock in Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose and Ocado."
