Simple question, if harrassment at work occurs and it is enough to leave work is their any recourse with under one years service?

You don't need a year's service to take a harassment claim under the Equality Act (ie on the grounds of sex, race, etc) to an Employment Tribunal. But you must make sure you have complained to the employer (even after you have resigned if you have already done so) and also made clear in your resignation letter exactly why you are resigning.
If you are talking about general bullying, then unfortunately you would have no protection from unfair or constructive dismissal if you do not have one year's service.0 -
Thank you for your help. I thought as much
