Overdraft question

Hello fellow DFW's! I have been on and around these boards a while now and have been taking the advice on them, however i have a brief question regarding overdrafts.

Can anyone tell me if you have to come out of your overdraft every month and if you dont what the consequences are of this...

Also are there any people on here who are feeling like they are always in their overdraft?!

I have been in mine for pretty much 6 months now. I am trying to sort it out and today used the snowball calculator thingy to work out what to pay and to where. I was just wondering if there is anybody else out there who is in a similar position..

Cheers
