I don't see why not hun, if you plan your meals in advance... I have done SW I'm not home so I can't check books but pasta and sauce on green days, plenty of veg, buy what's on offer (Aldi is good for cheap veg)
I always find SW pretty cheap I don't buy wine, biscuits crisps etc..

SW experts may pick this up tomorrow if not give it a bump good luck xx

  • £50 a week?! I would suggest going to markets etc for veg, buying lots of pasta, rice etc cheaply, value tins of tomatoes and beans etc. There's loads of ideas on the SW website. I guess green days are the cheapest. Good luck!

Depends on what days you get better on with.

With green days, you could do it for under a tenner. (But I gained).

Red days yes more expensive but defo not £50.

Take a look though recipes, go to http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/ fill your basket up with goodies, see what it comes out at at which supermarket is the cheapest. :)
  • Thanks for all the advice so far, £50 is what i use to spend for all 3 of us to eat slimming world way, i don't agree with cooking 2 seperate meals if i can help it, i know do a weekly shop for the 3 of us on half of that because that's all i can afford.

Of course you can it's just normal food after all, you don't have to buy anything special just plan ahead and you can eat for the same price as you do now, if you're concerned about veggies then buy frozen ones from Iceland/Farm foods.
