Somebody wants to sue me, what to do?

it is very frustrating when this sort of thing happens. we are in a similar situation where my wife bumped someone from behind whilst stuck in heavy traffic. when we got out the girl was fine and no damage to the veh except a mark on the bumper. we asked if she was ok to which she replied yes, the next thing we know we got a letter through the door claiming as she is claiming whiplash. it is extremely annoying but unfortunately that is the road this country has gone down.0

Our friend ended having a claim against them for something equally stupid. Some very stupid chav ran out from the side of the road into the side of our friends car, the car was not moving at the time (giving way) yet the girl rang the ambulance from her mobile then got herself stretchered away. One big claim later and the chav girl somehow won.0

Did he get in his car van and drive off again? If his manager has not heard anything from him then he is probably still doing his shift? If he was injured he should of called an ambulance or at least the police to report it properly.
So mr tesco man.....tell me what happened.....
well i was driving when i got hit from behind from a very dangerous driver who hurt my neck, i got whiplash
and what happened next?.......
I got out the van and threatened to sue her !!! cos i got whiplash
and then what
I went back to work
With the really bad whiplash?
um yeah
Did you inform your insurance company immediately of the bump and your whiplash
um no
yeah but no but yeah0 -
Also, if this was a supermarket delivery, wouldn't he have to use the insurance of his employers to sue you in the first place? Therefore they would be a bit foolish to go ahead if he went back to work (presumably lifting and carrying). I hate the way this country is going.....Saving for an early retirement!0
