Love the sound of their new 'Seriosuly Clever' tray bake jars and with a few sad looking root veg lurking in the fridge I decided against the planned sausages and wedges with peas dinner. Chopped up some carrots, parsnips and spuds, whizzed an on the verge of being manky tomato with some chipotles in adobe and a clove of garlic to a puree, tossed the whole lot in a roasting tray with some bangers and baked. Deeelish
