I rang the oR because i needed some clarification on some points as im near to AD.
So here is a few queries.
Proving the Debt
Only a tiny percentage confirmed back to the OR what my debt was for eg id pettioned for 80k example no factual evidence provided only my SOA and declaration , the confirmation back to date at 9 months into BR was 3k, and no further chasing will happen.
So i should have tried my arm knowing that, for a DRO for the cost of 90.00,
OR did say, no further actions would happen unless i had a IPA or inherited. If i got a Ipa they then write out to all the creditors to decide how to distribute to , felt debt had been lsot to the plethoria of debt collectors most had been sold to .

highly encouraged to take it, and reassured over one hour it is revested always to me, the person that pays for it has no control or intrest/ownership/anything what so ever.

RTLU have no staff to do it, as of todays date nationally, so all will be on AD
AD Date
RTLU will for free provide a 2 sentance letter to say person is AD if required.
Inherritance
Sadly at date of death not on when the monies/assets become avail, so if you are on undischarged and do receive a inherritance it prob wont come to you
Property
OR said lots are deliberately fixing deals with lenders to increase mortage to avoid IPA, of which RTLU is on to, however if it is considered reasonable it will be accepted even if it is higher than rental, previous mortage conduct is necessary . so if proven ie reduced to intrest due to financial hardship then at AD increased to repayment this would be prob ok he also ie gave example my mortage is slighly above rental for intrest only but full repayment is 400 pound above rental, he advised not a problem, even with secured loan and IPA would reflect those ACCEPTABLE COSTS
Now maybe im lukcy or not , but i think life just got better.
