Maybe ... if there was a crash, which there isn't.
As I said, a lot of knowledge but little understanding.
The only real understanding is gained by being at the coal face, looking around houses, studying a local market, making offers, getting refused, watching what comes onto the market and how much it is ....... this is exactly what I have been doing for 3 years and why I know what's happening.
Certainly, I am talking of a Southern area housing market - my input is of value.
So you have been trying to buy a house for 3 years and know exactly what is happening in the market and are also proper minted.
I can only come to the conclusion that house sellers will not sell you their home because they find you very strange and to risky to deal with.0 -
Builders Bum ...... did you mean to say, "TOO risky to deal with" ? That's two 'o' see?
It is true that the offers I make are getting rejected a lot faster than they were in 2008 - that's for sure!
You have yet to make an offer on your £25,000 target of desire though ....Bringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0 -
