Nectar shopping survey possible 100 points

When you click the 100 free nectar points, you then have to put your card details in before it tells you whether you can complete the survey (most people seem to). The survey itself takes about a minute to do... then again 100 Nectar points is only worth about 54p (see tricks to improve your loyalty points stash article) but still its a bit of fun and every little helps.

Filled in and submitted the form but when it asked me for my card number (even though I was already logged in) I got:

Error 500

In the web Error 500 is (usually) a programming error. (I'm a web developer, so make them all the time myself)
