Hi everyone
Today I spent £5.60 in costa coffee for a massimo latte and a ham and cheese panini. Was having some lunch with a friend and have been really good this week, will have to add up how much I've spent this week and post it on Sunday. Hope you're all having a good weekend!

Hi & welcome to the thread!
Great news on what you have managed so far - I think the main thing is that this focuses your mind on what you *don't* need and you start seeing savings instead of spendings...
Have you joined the £2 Club? It's a great way to inspire you to save what you haven't spent... :Ttourette_t-shirts wrote:First time i have posted on this thread.
Recentley i looked at ways to save money everyday they include:
Re-filling soft drinks bottles from 2 litre bottles -sometimes with squash which makes it even cheaper
Walking places - save about £6 a week doing this, which a lot considering id drive to town or uni which are both a 10 minute walk away!!
Not buying a newspaper - saves 40p a day as i read articles online now.
Today ihave spent:
£2 on a new fish tank as 1 of my fish is weaker tan the others and was on deaths door on thursday but now hes on his own with his own food he already looks better .£2 well spent.
£1.70 on a bacon butty - will make my own next week instead of buying one!
£0.42 on a bag of crisps for dinner
and that all ive spent today, plus i got a job offer on wednesday which i start next week so a goo money saving week .
