My rights with a new motorbike?

Hi I recently purchased a brand new motorbike (3months ago).
It has broken down twice now. This time the engine has gone, it needs stripping down & many parts replaced. The garage have had it for two weeks now & they are waiting for the new parts to be ordered through the warranty. This could take another two weeks. Where do I stand with this?
