Help me write a letter....

Hi everyone

I'm just wondering if someone could help me with something.

I'm planning on writing to my OH's favourite music artist to see if I can get a note back from him for the wedding but not sure where to start! (I've got the address of his management from the website posted earlier today)

Any ideas welcome !

May I ask who the artist is?

Is there an appreciation society of this person also, which isn't linked with the management or record label? You might find that they have a link with the artist in some way and would be able to help you.

The following has been shamelessly copied, pasted, and slightly altered from Moneytroubles' thread; she sent a letter to Arsenal FC:


Dear Musician,

My fiance and I are getting married on [insert date] and I was hoping that you would send a short message to him. My husband to be, [insert name] is a huge fan of yours and it would be great if he could receive a message of good luck on our wedding day.

If this is possible, perhaps you could send the message to me at the address below, for me to pass on to the Best Man, to read out on our wedding day.

Our details will be:
[insert married names]

My parents address is:
[insert address]
