Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
this hardly qualifies as a Grabbit as it's a regular offer with no time or stock limitations. Grabbit is supposed to be for "short term deals" only. Will ask a mod to move to a more suitable board.
  • 30 day warranty??????????????/

You can upgrade to 12 months and next day collection for £25.

In the basket it comes up with the specs but it is only a refurb one. I checked both options of discounted and 'full price' and both are refurbs.

    Refurbished computer with flatscreen monitor

    • Full colour 15" flat panel monitor
    • P4 2GHz Processor
    • 1GB Memory
    • 40GB Hard Drive
    • CD Drive
    • USB Ports
    • Wired Keyboard & Mouse
    • Windows 7 Pro
    • Microsoft Office 2007 Basic (word processor, spreadsheets etc)
    • Microsoft Security Essentials (keeps you safe online)
    • A great collection of Accessibility software
  • these are refurbished PCs with a rubbish warranty and a pretty poor spec TBH so in my opinion the price of £165 is just a little on the 'you're havin' a laugh' side!
  • Looking at the description of the advert "A powerful, refurbished computer" but really "P4 2 GHz processor,1 Gb RAM, 40 Gb Hard drive" looking at the spec not really a powerful computer with very memory hungry & processor hungry web pages You will struggle to open a lot of web pages on that & then try to open the latest office will take an age. For an extra £150 you could buy a very good cheap dell with 12 months warranty. Not knocking but dont be fooled by the "powerful, refurbished computer" as I work in IT & know a little bit more than average person & only trying to help.
  • There are much better systems to buy for a lot less.

Example: P4 3GHz systems are available around the £120=00 mark.

Try 'refurbished computers' on amazon or ebay.

Thankyou rebeccaj, when I was told of this offer I was also told to be quick about it as it was on a first come first served basis. I never realised it was long term or I'd have never posted it in Grabbits :)
