Try this one Gingham R...........(do a search on amazon);)

Shock Absorber B5044 Womens Run Bra

I'm not sure if they have your size............but if they do, this bra gets very good reports. Have a read of the feedback from customers on the amazon site.;)

If you wanted to try it on before buying, I know that Debenhams sell this bra............but you won't get it at such a good price there.;)

If you fancied a trip to the Junction32 Outlet (at Glasshoughton) on the M62............they have a Playtex, Wonderbra outlet store. You could try on the bra and buy it there because the price is close to the amazon price.;)

This bra is the dog's doodahs................I hope you decide to buy one.

I have no connection to any lingerie company, amazon or outlet.:D

    Thanks!

It only goes up to an F in the 36 though. I'm a G.
Just because it says so in the Mail, doesn't make it true.

The shock absorber max support ones (not the classic ones) are great - they do go up to a G cup (I am also a G)

They are the only ones I've tried that work well enough. Nothing moves and they are really comfortable :) I bought my last one in Debenhams in the sale.

    Great. That'll do.

I have another question though. How do you put them on? Do they still clip at the back?

Edit - it's okay - I just found out they do.

    Thanks all.

  • Hi there,
I'd recommend keeping an eye on boobydoo.co.uk. They were brill and I tend to have to wear two. Sometimes they have big sales and you get real bargins. Goodluck

i got one of the shock absorber ones from debenhams for £28 (think it was the max one) and im a size 36e
its very comfortable and did zumba the other day in it ... my chest was going nowhere!!

much better than the cheap on i bought in m&s! (although to be fair i bought that when i wasnt going to the gym/do much exericse, so didnt have as much necessity for a decent one)

a friend recommended them and said that ast for ages (as long as your size doesnt change of course!)

I go to Sally at amplebosom.com who sells great bras - I find that the Triumph one, or the plain "Doreen" without sires are great sports bras at a reasonable price. Sally & the team look after you very well, and package everything so it fits through your letterbox.

They do - but some of them will have two clips - one at the bottom and one at another joining point above. I have two shock absorber ones (36G) and I love them. I never felt comfortable running before, so it's only after getting this bra that I started running properly.

The double clip things is slightly hard to get used to, but I think it's what makes a big difference to the bra. I always found other sports bras tended to constantly slip off my shoulders and the second clip keeps them tightly on, without actually having to be very tight.

The only problem though with this, is last time I tried one on I nearly dislocated my shoulder trying to do the upper clip up... and never actually managed to do it!! Seriously it really hurt!!

I'm sure bras are all designed by men. Why don't more of them fasten in the front? They're so much easier!!! My current sports bra is a zip up front and it's really easy and comfy. Trouble was, I went back to M&S to get another one and they don't do them any more.... typical!!

Brastop - they do great deals, and I've just bought shock-absorber max support in the past few months:

    http://www.brastop.com/sports-bras-and-swimwear.aspx

£29, with two lots of twin clips at the back. Until I got this one, my favoured technique was to double up sports bras, by wearing a good sports bra and then putting a good tight crop-top type sports top over it. With this one, it's the first one I've ever found that I don't need to do this with. The only thing you might find though, as I think about it, is that the cup size is a bit smaller than sizing suggests, as the new one fits me perfectly, and I've just lost some weight, and I think some's come off the boobs:o

Edited to add - clearly cross posted re the double-clips thing! Sorry to repeat points already made. I do the top set of clips up at the front, then swivel the bra round!
Reason for edit? Can spell, can't type!
