I am a member of focuslinesurveys & Thats-what-i-think, I have to say this is one of the worst survey sites now, I used to get paid by focusliesurvey. I understand that Thats-What-I-Think was taken over by this company and now i have so many invaild surveys and the support takes weeks to get a reply even thou it says this:

Every email sent to customer support will be responded to within 1-2 business days. (this takes weeks sometimes)

One thing is surveys are the same on all the sites they never used to be, With so many surveys becoming invalid i want to redeem my earnings and leave. I did ask if they could merge my accounts into one but still not had a reply.

Once i reach payout (only a few $ and points on both accounts) I am leaving these sites due to the lack of support and the fact i feel cheated. I therefore would advise people to avoid these sites.

Anyone else have any experiences with these sites they can share?

Funny enough, I got 2 replies today one saying they can close one of my accounts but no mention of weather they would pay me the earnings, Then another one saying they are only sister sitesand that they are not related in any way in regards with the survey or the incentives.

So leaving these sites once i reach payout.

Surveyhead is SCAM!

Took surveys for a month, got 30 GBP (half of which was actually allocated), redeemed an amazon voucher immediately.

Guess what? They deleted my account immediately.
No voucher, no e-mail, no notification, I simply can't login or reset my password - so they must have deleted it.

Not recommended.
Stay away from them.
