I had a piggin' phone call the moment it started.... missed the first 35 minutes.... need to watch it later.
Looks interesting, easy to follow/watch.0 -
It's also on More4 +1 at 11 if that helps. Cheers Pastures, have set to record then. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? I feel impoverished/humiliated by not having More4 +1. Can I complain to the authorities for the second class treatment of freeview terrestrial, given the temporal deprivation and ensuing emotional turmoil ?

I was 'relying' on this, so I could watch it from the start as it seems so interesting. (Also, I have no method of recording stufff and I don't have the bandwidth/speed to watch it on catchup online).... and I don't have More4+1vivatifosi wrote: »It's also on More4 +1 at 11 if that helps. If has not got a high definition 'DOG' in some corner of the screen then I can't watch it in case I mistake it for some other TV show.0 -
It was quite interesting, the basic premise was that there was a flaw in the thinking of those supporting completely free and unregulated markets. They believed that such a system was stable and self-adjusting. The flaw was they were completely wrong.
Also there were interesting parallels between recent years and what happened in the 1920s. Back then, wealth became more and more concentrated in the hands of the top 1%, and also in assets rather than goods, and then the system collapsed. And now....Aha, so thats how you do a signature!0 -
What meltdown? I can still buy a pint of milk.
My personal inflation is fine.
And if you look at house prices between 2003 and today, they've clearly stagnated.
