Slow Cooker - Energy Saving question

Hi all, sorry for creating a new thread about slow cookers however, I didn't think this post belonged in the 'In my slow cooker today' thread.
I had my SC on today and using an energy saving monitor, worked out that using an SC (on low setting, not sure if it makes a difference) i use 3p per hour of fuel and with my oven its 50p per hour.. obviously a massive difference in price per hour.
Is there way I can compare prices for using my gas hob and working out a price comparison?
Thanks all in advance

weird, but i checked out the same thing today, cant remember the exact figures, but very similar,However the other thing i noticed was that when the SC is on the monitor price was static, and the slow cooker was on for hours,But when the oven was on the monitor price went down when oven reached temp, and oven was on for less than an hour, may need to do a more detailed comparison at some time, but maybe the difference in price isnt as clear cut as it looks?.
PS,sorry no idea how to monitor gas hob pricesSlimming World..Wk1,..STS,..Wk2,..-2LB,..Wk3,..-3.5lb,..Wk4,..-2.5,..Wk5,..-1/2lb,Wk6,..STS,..Wk7,..-1lb.
