    Hi Professionallytrendy!
Happy New Year! I hope you clear your debt this year... and if you can hang on to that attitude, you probably will!
The first thing I would advise you to do is cut up your cards! You've found out the hard way that it's all too easy to start on the debt spiral - running up debt, consolidating, not cutting up the cards, and running the card debts up again... stop it now, while you can!
The second thing I would say to you is stick to your guns this year - you're in an ideal position to get rid of all of these debts once and for all. If your situation changed for any reason, you could find yourself in big trouble if you had to budget for rent, council tax, water, gas, electric etc as well as trying to make repayments.
Thirdly, why not think about keeping a spending diary? Your figures look very realistic, but clearly there are drains on your income that need to be plugged, and a spending diary is one of the quickest ways to identify problem areas. Review your diary every week, and ask yourself what you could improve on for the following week. It's a nuisance to do, but if you're diligent with your tracking, it will start to annoy you to see how much money goes through your hands with nothing to show for it!
Finally, best of luck - wouldn't it be so good to not have those hefty repayments every month, or even to start repaying your parents' help by offering them a sum towards 'rent' every month?!
    You can do this!
