work in a betting shop

dunno if this will help anyone and i'm not sure how many industries are doing well during these tough times, but anyone looking for a pretty regular-paying job should have a look at betting shops and casinos.
i work for coral and they're opening new shops and taking over independents all over the place, so are ladbrokes and william hill and betfred.
it can be quite a fun job to be honest but obviously it isn't mon-fri 9-5 work but it is pretty secure when so many people are getting laid off in other industries.
just something to consider for people who may not be aware of betting shops and things because i know a lot of people aren't

Thanks for this. Any tips on what they are actually looking for? I applied to William Hill and was unsuccessful. Where do Coral advertise? Because i have never seen any vacancies.I have enough money to last me the rest of my life... unless I buy something.0

I've seen Coral vacancies advertised in the shop window, but with the recent news about councils looking to curb growth things may start slowing down a little now.0
