i work part time 22hrs for a home care company i use my own transport to visit about 8-9 clients a day i get paid £6.00 per hour and the company state 15p of that per hour is travel expense could i caim and how for any more expenses:

If you paid tax on the full £6.00/hour which is almost certain then you should be able to claim tax relief on all your business miles at the rate of 40p/mile for the first 10,000 miles and 25p/mile for any further miles.

If you are a 22% rate tax payer this works out at £88 per 1,000 miles upto 10,000 and £55 per 1,000 above 10,000.
