Hi there, I was wondering if anyone knows of any mortgage lenders that would take into account your foster carers allowances? We really would like to move but now I am not working it of course lowers any mortgage that we would be able to get. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

There are lenders, but it depends on how long you have been fosterers.0

we have been foster carers for 10 years0

Then speak to your current lender first of all and the bank you bank with, if not the same. They can see your income so you might be able to go full status. They might do a lot of checking as you no longer have a "real" job.
You would need your contract and the payslips you get from the foster agency/council.
If no luck with them find yourself a local broker.0
