Free Cafédirect Campaigner kit (info and samples) (merged)

Options
Some of you may remember this from last year. I've just checked their website, and noticed that they are running a similar promotion this year as well. :)

As they say on the website, 'your kit can be used to run a coffee morning, to display on a Fairtrade stall, or given to a local business to encourage them to make the switch to Fairtrade hot drinks (...) To register for your free pack, simply fill out the form below. This will automatically register you as a ‘Friend of Cafedirect’ (if you are not already), which means that we will keep you up to date on our latest news.

Please order now, and kits will be dispatched from 2nd February for delivery in time for Fairtrade Fortnight starting on February 26th.'

Hope some of you will find it useful. :)

EDIT: The Terms and Conditions state that 'the event packs will be available to order from 1st February 2006 until stocks last', but I think this is a mistake. The title clearly states that the kits are to be used during the 'Fairtrade Fortnight, 26th February – 11th March 2007'.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, champagne in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming ~ WOO HOO what a ride!

Do not think it will be as good as last time, encourages people to buy if you expect more than 5 people, but great, if they are as generous as last time.

Fab find, MBN. I got loads last year, and had a fairtrade coffee morning. I think a lot of people just saw this as a freebioe thugh and took the mick. That's why they're not being so generous this year.

Yep, I remember last year, and couldn't agree more AnnieH. :) From this perspective, I am glad they don't seem to be as generous as before - here's hope that people with a genuine need for the products will stand a better chance of getting the packs this time.

I'm glad you have found this useful. I ordered a pack last year (introduced the concept of fairtrade to some of my friends from abroad, from a country where 'fairtrade' is not well known - yet ;)), and the info and samples were brilliant for this purpose.

Good luck with the fairtrade events. :)

    Hi,
I do hope nobody abuses this 'offer' just 'cos it's a 'freebie'.
My teacher friend had a pack last year and had a really successful coffee morning at her school, resulting in making many people aware and converting to fairtrades products - as I have.
:grouphug: A smile, a 'please' and a 'thank you' cost nothing
