Trouble using Groupon voucher

Sorry if posted in wrong place but wasn't sure where to post.

I bought a Groupon voucher yesterday for Gold Collagen Eye Masks through iBeauty Fix. The code was supposed to be active from today.

I have tried to input my code today but keep getting a message that the code isn't recognised and that it can take up to 3 days for the code to be recognised!!

Also when I add the item at £32 to my basket and the p&p of £2.95 gets added on they somehow get to a total of £37+

I emailed them and I am still waiting to hear regarding the voucher time delay. They did however come back to say that the Basket total had been rectified but this afternoon the same error is still occuring.

Anyone else having problems?

Same happened to me with a KGB but I got charged full whack, give KGB there sue, they helped best they could and then the other company refunded me the differnece, just give it a little time

wait 3 days?
had similar problem except that site was flooded with people & eventually went down
and there was no mention of 3 days it just didn't work... worked 2 days later
