First Christmas Market Advice

Hi All,
I am doing my first christmas type market fair thing this thursday and wondered if anyone had any top tips for attracting the buyers. It all seems like a lot of work for not alot of profit but I am willing to try everything once in the attempt to get rich quick. Do I just need to smile alot and make small talk? Shall I make the prices high and then come down as nothing sells?
