Tenants in Common

My Wife and I are in our mid Fifties, we have no children.

We are about to review our Will. Is there any advantage to becomming tenants in Common?

We have no mortgage and our house is in joint names.

It depends on your own preferences really.

You would each own half the house.

Do you both want your assets to go to the same people/cats home.

You could leave your half to your side of the family, albeit with a proviso that your wife stays in it rent free for the remainder of her life and vice verse.

Diescuss with your wife. Then head to the Wills/law forum for advice. Not really a pension issue.

He's been on three other threads too. I've challenged him about it and reported it also.
