A3 printer

Can anyone recommend a good but cheapish A3 printer, my five year old Epson stylus 1520 is starting to make worrying mechanical crunching noises.
I do not really need photo quality prints as it will be mostly for mapping but will need something reliable for daily use.
Any advice appreciated.

If you want to stick with the 1520 you can get a refurbed one for £210 + VAT from here:- http://www.st-gallen.ic24.net/printers.htm
Or you could go for a new Epson 1160 for £190 + Vat from Dabs: http://www.dabs.com/uk/Search2/Product+Details.htm?quicklinx=5H8&searchphrase=epson%201160
I've had one of these for about 4 years and it gets very heavy use.
It has the advantage of using non-chipped carts which I get from Choice stationery:- http://www.choicestationery.com/acatalog/Epson_Stylus_Colour_740_760_860_1160_SCAN2000_2500.html
Average price is less than £2 each if you buy multi packs - I've used over 250 of these carts and never had the slightest problem with the printer or the cartridges.0 -
Thanks for that, the 1160 seems a reasonable price.
Cheers
