(apologies for late tributes....I wrote post on a whim and had forgotten some of the names)
I have been on maternity leave since the middle of September (due in 4 weeks) and have spent the WHOLE time reading this thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2766466 ....and then attempting to make all the wonderful ideas shared.
I now watch these people's blogs like a hawk for new ideas, but was hoping, as a tribute to their kindness in inspiring so many of us (as well as probably helping a few to make a penny or two at craft fairs) we could post pics of our makes, and perhaps even pass on some of our own ideas. I know I have had brainwaves in creativity.
I am still finishing off the 'packaging' for one or two of the things I've made, but as soon as they're done I'll get my pics up. Hopefully I'll be able to share some of the toppers and things i've made too (if anyone wants them!!!).
Hope your xmas crafting is going well!
xx

Ditto to the above:T and all the other folk who have been so helpful.
I've not done nearly as much as I'd have liked this year but I've ideas stashed away for next year when hopefully circumstances just might have improved so I can get stuck in.
Thankyou all :TI would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Soooooo, I kinda figured out how to do towel cakes. Been faffing and fiddling with different folding techniques for ages, and this seems to work best for me. Not sure its the "right" way, but thought they look ok. I'm going to send them in to my boyfriends work to see if they'll sell.
