£6 a month to Onetel is presumably for a call package? Onetel are offering a new package of free evening and w/end UK for a year, normally £3.99 a month. Now they will argue with you that this package is for new customers only, stand your ground and say you want to cancel and you should be put through to a supervisor who will eventually agree to transferring you to the free package.

Should they "allow" you to cancel you can always move to TalkTalk1+ package for the same free calls for the year so you really can't loose. Sign up for 18866 for 0p per minute with 1p connection charge for any daytime calls you have to make.

if you could manage the initial outlay then cloth nappies would save you £23 a month - i use terry squares [about £15 for 12] and breathable wraps [just got some new for £3 each from ebay] with kids i am washing all the time anyway so an extra load every couple of days is no difference really.....

plus i use flannels instead of disposable wipes - saves a chunk of money and is better for bubs skin........
