Rather tempted by this. DO you know what dye they are?

Actually just found out it may be CMC (China Making Crap (no offence intended to any chinese people) AE3 which are very poor. You probably will not beable to read them in 6 months time if that is what they are made from. Good luck

Taiyo Yaiden, expensive but the best, or Verbatim.

If you are on a budget any DVDr with a mitsubishi dye (lead in code MCC) would be decent.

You will probably have to buy online to find out the lead in codes on the DVds unless you find a clued up retailer.

I use SVP (https://www.SVP.co.uk) they are the best online seller, recommended by many people everywhere and wait for one of their cheap postage weekends which happen every 8 weeks or so.

I don't think they are CMC AE3, I think they are RITEKF1, better dye but not one of the best.

Staples 50 verbatim for 10.99 (buy 25 get 25 free). Get them whilst you can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

People who have previously bought them have said it's CMC, if it is RITEK should be OK, but the best as you said are Yuden, Verb/MCC/MKM, Maxell

I hate it when manufacturers do this, you don't know what you are buying.

I will stick to Taiyo Yaiden and Verbatim.

Staples do that deal quite often but I've always passed on them thinking they were rubbish, I don't know why....I'm abit miffed now, I will try and cancel my original order.
