I would stay away from Groupon deals. Had way too many bad experiences where service providers get too busy to provide a good service.

I signed up to a deal like this and was told I'd get a call with 48 hours to book a slot.

72 hours later.... no call.

Called them.... no response.

Emailed them.... response 1 week later saying they were inundated and they would call me to book a slot within 48 hours.

96 hours later..... no call.

Called them.... no response.

Emailed them.... no response.

Called Groupon... they said I had to take it up with the company.

Fast forward 6 weeks and a relentless campaign on Twitter about how poor the deals were and how crappy Groupon's customer service was they offered to give me the refund I deserved. They then offered me £100 credit if I removed all of my negative tweets about them. I took it and downloaded 10 vouchers for 2x cinema tickets which was the only thing I trusted enough to purchase.

Groupon have since emailed me requesting a testimonial!! I haven't used the site since and my windows are still dirty! (They're not really )
