I'm glad to hear you did not get dismissed. However, I would prepare yourself for being one of the redundancies, far easier to get rid of you that way, especially given your (now) poor disciplinary record. Not saying it is fair, but sometimes doing the right thing can well and truly backfire on you.

(Have to agree with Jarndyce about ACAS, chocolate teapot springs to mind.)

redundancy? Why would they bother with redunancy when they've got him on a FWW and can dismiss him for the slightest indiscretion from now on?

If your on a final written warning you need to leave ASAP as they can and will dismiss you if you do the slightest thing wrong, ie come in late, send a personal email, dont do something properly etc. My union rep told me that its basically saying you need to go.
Its a hideous experience being on a final written warning and your employer means buisness if they put you there.Get help for your outbursts-go to the g.p or anger management classes.
Its very difficult to fight an employer as colleagues will side with the employer even if a person got beaten up to save their own jobs. You wont be able to do anything about bullying as employers tend to deny this happens.Remember they also investigate themselves so its hardly impartial is it!
My advice would be to get out before you get dismissed because if you do there will be very little you can do about it.

I didn't want to completely kill the OP's hopes of having a job in a few months time! ;)
