    If you ask for a sample in the shop they are attaching them to a card offering you £3 discount off next purchase.

    This card is now in the Glamour December 2013 edition with a free nails inc varnish on the cover. Free polish and at least £3 at body shop, nice.

    On the back there should be a five digit code... that will determine the value. This year, 38905 is £3, I have 38882 which I think will be £15 as I've seen a few others with the same code as me. No idea what the £100 code is.

    I got one last year - Mine had £15 on it and the lady at the counter was thrilled for me! Said it was the biggest one she'd heard of being cashed in, so the £15 & £100 must be exceptionally rare :-s
