How do I write a letter to Black Horse re: 2 yr Old Car

Hi
I need to write a very important letter to Black Horse and need help.
We brought the car via Hire Purchase and took delivery December 2004, On new Years Day 2005 a plate fell off the Air Conditioning but as the car was within its warranty this was fixed for free. Unfortuantley the car is a Rover so manufater warranty now is null and void. August 2005 a clip needed to be replaced on the nearside drive shaft. Last week the same problem occured but the garage (Ex Rover Dealership) have said the clip is still in place but the camshaft is damaged on the spline due to turning while coming adrift but the camshaft will not lock into postion in the gearbox because a mechanism in gearbox is damaged total cost £1900. Have taken legal advice and have been told to write including the report from the garage to black horse quoting the Consumer Credit Act and ask for either a replacement car or full or partial refund excluding wear and tear because the car had problems from source.
Any help on how to word this letter would be greatly appreciated not sure how to put my point across

Depending on how long you have had the car, you may be able to hand the car back to the finance company. Check the small print on your finance agreement - most have a figure that should be repaid at one, two and three years meaning that they can take the car back, which in turn frees you up to buy a new car on a new finance package.
I hope that makes sense!!
We had a similar scenario with believe it or not - a Rover!! The gear box was leaking fluid which was a major job for a rubber seal replacement with a mega bucks bill to go with it.
The car show room we bought it from would'nt take it in a part-ex deal and suggested we give it back to the finance company. Two weeks later old car gone!! and new one on new finance!!
Best of luck however you deal with it!!
SwampyExpect the worst, hope for the best, and take what comes!!:o0
