If you've had the email, make sure you have any popup blockers disabled. If I remember rightly, when you click on the link it takes you to the Dove site. You then have to click on the survey link, which opens in another window, At the end of the survey, that window closes down and you should be able to fill in your details on the Dove website. You should then get a popup to print out a voucher for a free product or have the option to have it sent to you.

You could always "print to file", which will save a copy to your PC as a file, then just print as many copies of that as you want. That would be morally wrong though.

I had a problem with printing so requested to be send by post... what kind of coupon it is? for any dove product or up to £...?
