I got mine today all wrapped up nicely in WHsmith: however only a 3.00 voucher for me too lol however, I boguht the almond nail oil pen thing and I love it so thanks again to the OP !

Mine didnt have the card in it. There was a hole in the wrapper. Bad times. Who can I complain to? I only got it for the offer.

Ah thats annoying! I think the only people you can complain to are the store: its not Cosmo or The Body Shop's fault that this happened, its the stores fault for not watching people or having security guards there. Its so annoying when this happens because then the stores start to employ people to watch everyone like hawks and it makes everyone being watched (ie everyone who does as much as pause in front of an item) feel uncomfortable. Things like this, above, happening are one of the reasons why they follow us around when there is no reason to!

Just wanted to add:

I spoke to a customer service person earlier and was told the card CAN be used in conjuction with any other offer -but not the till splits. I then went and spent the voucher I had and combined with the 30% off for Love Your Body card members, got a fantastic deal

If you have any problems get the sales people to speak to their customer service team.

Hi, just wanted to say that I have a friend who works in WH Smiths. They had loads of copies of Cosmo, & none were bagged. He checked the copies in the stockroom and said that none had bags, that was how they were delivered. I was wondering if it depends on where you live- looking through this thread, the people who managed to get the bagged copies mostly seem to be in cities? (just a thought, Idk). Either way, it seems that some batches have been sent out without the freebies, which I think is pretty rubbish on the part of Cosmo.

Just had a rifle through the mags in co-op and they had 5 of the normal size mags and 5 of the saver size and there was a 49505 code in one of the normal size and one of the saver size, just bought the normal size one, the cards in the saver size ones were all face down so it was easy to see them.

Maybe they only put them in mags within a certain radius of a body shop? Just a thought...?

I think that only a certain amount of Cosmo have free gifts and when it gets near to the next mag coming out the magazines appear with no gifts. I think this because I have had coupons for money off Cosmo near the end of the month and I have never been able to get a magazine with the advertised free gift although I have seen the gifts earlier in the month.
