Just got mine. Hope they're ok because there is a competition on the pack, closing date 3/2009. So they're not fresh.

It does say in the description that they are short dated, only 2013 - but the other poster says his are dated 2015.

    Hi,

I've had these Duracell Procell batteries before and have just received some more from Amazon. I find they last longer than the Powercell.

    AAA, 10 for £2.60; AA, 10 for £3.29. Free p&p on both.

I ordered 5 packs of AAA with best before 2015 and 5 packs of AA with best before 2017. Great deal! Thanks OP!

HAHA you just beat me to it!

I think this is a great deal. Ordered my 5 packs.

All the TV remotes in our house take AAA as does the TAG reading pen my son has got for christmas and his train set etc... they will get used in no time.

one thing i've found with the wii remotes is that you can keep using them long after the low battery warnings appear, it's a tad annoying to keep having to clear the warning but i've used them for hours of play afterwards so now do this regularly, even after they no longer work in the wii remote they will sometimes still power something undemanding like a kitchen clock, i swear nintendo has some sort of agreement with battery makers or something to make people buy more, we have had two of the chargers that were worthless so keep having to buy batteries

thanks to the op for this i don't need anymore triple a's (very well stocked from earlier deals) however it did remind me to stock up on a few things to have over christmas, just in case!

  • Wish p&p was free , I'd be on it for sure then ... Might have another look round for even cheaper batteries IF that is possible , or a free delivery code! lol ;)
