4. The free prize draw is open only to all permanent residents of the United Kingdom.
5. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
6. The prize draw starts on 6 November 2011.
7. To enter the prize draw entrants must complete the form at facebook.com/marksandspencer before 23:59:59 on 23 November 2011.
8. Employees or relatives of employees of Marks and Spencer Group of Companies (or any other company and/or agency connected with this prize draw) are not permitted to enter.
9. Only one entry per person per day. No entries on behalf of third parties will be accepted.
Choosing the winner
10. M&S will draw 50 winners at random. 10 winners will be drawn on 5 separate occasions between 10th and 24th November 2011, with the final draw taking place on 24 November. Each draw will be supervised by an independent person. The Prize will be awarded to the first 10 randomly selected correctly completed entries, drawn on each occasion. Entrants will be entered into every draw that takes place after the date on which they enter the prize draw.
11. M&S will notify all winners by 25 November 2011 by phone, email or text. The notification will include details of how the Prize can be accepted. If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the Prize by 23:59:59 on 28 November 2011 the winner will forfeit the Prize.

12. The winners will each receive a pair of tickets to The X Factor Final (the "Prize"). The date of allocation for the winning tickets shall be at the sole discretion of M&S.
13. Each winner may only win one Prize.
14. Guests must be aged 12 or over.
15. The Prize will be sent by email. Winners should follow the instructions provided with the Prize to guarantee entry to The X Factor Final.
16. Additional third party terms and conditions may apply to the redemption of the Prize. Winners should see their tickets for further details.
