My hubby doesnt particularly like the look (or price of mine either) but tough doo doo, there is a time and place for s e x y flaterring shoes and the winter isnt it
I thought Ugg boots where all about fashion, isnt that why there are so many copies about ?? what i dont get either with Ugg style boots, they get sopping wet in winter too, i see women walking about in the town in them soaked all around the foot and it looks so uncomfy ,wet soggy feet , im all for comfort but they have to look nice and do the job intended too, anyway just my thoughts,id sooner go out in wellies or country boots lol but as slippers they would be lovely im sure......
p.s, glad im not the only one who is not keen on them,:wave:0 -
ok if your an indian squaw LOL,
i think i must be the only female that really hates the Ugg style boots, they are just so unflattering, my hub hates them too says they look like granny boots, im sure they are nice as slippers just as they where intended for
No you're not the only one! They look awful on me legs to skinny!0 -

I think they are awful too Pacha, people pay ridiculous amounts for boots that look worth about £10
They look a lot lot better than ones worth about a tenner.
I don't like these Jimmy Choo ones, not into the Pocahontas look myself, but wouldn't be without my normal Uggs. I bought a pair from MrS a few years ago, £15 and they looked a mess after only a few weeks, all slumped at the ankle, twisted round so I was walking on the fabric rather than the sole. I managed to drag them out for about 3 months before they went in the bin (and I looked a state in the meantime). DH bought me some proper ones the next year, I so didn't want to pay £150 for a pair of boots but didn't want to pay £90 for some lookalikes that wouldn't be as good. So 2 and a half years on just starting the 3rd winter when they are worn almost daily and they look as good as they did when they were bought new. With cheapo ones I'd have gone through 5 or 6 pairs by now to keep them looking OK and I reckon these will last another few years.
