They don't open on Bank Holidays so the answer is, the day after the Bank Holiday.0

I expect to be informed of the signing arrangements for xmas next time I sign on, I'm due to sign on 02/01/12 but as that is a bank holiday then I'll have to sign a fortnight later.0

they are almost definitely open the first weekday after the new year bank holiday. any signing day between xmas eve and the new year bank holiday will no doubt be excused and the money may be paid in earlier.0
