Hi Ally,
He has the same quals as myself (although I also hold in addition the Cert In Fin Advice, Long Term Care, pensions simplification, advanced CeMAP and basic CeMAP). So I certainly feel he has the capablilities to not only handle your basic enquiry, but also recognise any tax, estate planning or trust issues that may result as part of the arrangement.
You can discuss with the adviser how you want to handle the fee element, do let us know how you get on. If you want any feedback on his recommedations you know where we are.
