I have a deposit of £10k + 15K possible from my parents
The house is £112000 + 1.5k fees
I'm therefore looking to borrow around £87-95k - I'm looking for a cheap deal which allows overpayments as I can afford a bit more on top as I want to bring it down asap.
Who's the best at present, preferably without arrangement fees. I can do either 25 or more years, depending on how it benefits me financially by paying it off early!

"Best" will depend on your own personal scenario.
You do not state your income, if you have any children, or if you have any debts i.e. credit cards or loans.
These will impact greatly on how much a lender will agree for you.
Fixed rates you could look at start from 4.95% with a £999 arrangement fee.
However if you specifically want no arrangement fee they can start from 5.25%
