10 free items from Sainsburys Entertainment

My order had a mixture of paid for and free items. Seems they've gone through the CDs and the ones paid for have been kept on and the free ones have been taken off. Maybe they'll be going through books tomorrow...

I ordered 10 items last night for my husband (All books) on a new account for him as he'd never ordered, when I try and log in for him to check progress I can't and also he never got a confirmation email so we're confused as the order seemed to go through, lol!

Wonders if I somehow made a mistake with the email twice while registering? Or if I dreamed it all?

Same happened to us. Didn't get confirmation email and couldn't log in. Make sure you're on entertainment section, eventually we logged in and the order info was all there in the account.

mine did that i have 3 email addresses (not through choice but i have my normaly 1 a yahoo one then i have a university one and i have to have a google one as i have a google phone)

i did 3 orders all went though exactly the same but i only got 2 confirmation emails and i logged into that account and nothing there but i did get an email saying i created the account so i was defo using the right address

Does the errors and missions excepted statement appear anywhere? That is I believe the usual get out for what are genuinely mistakes(or glitchs as MSE users would call them). Should apply here to allow all orders to be cancelled by Sainsburys.
