Hi, the same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. You probably need to clear your Cookies. This solved the problem for me and I was able to login again.

Also check that your computers date and time is correct as that can cause this problem too.

If this doesn't work, try emailing Pigsback they are very helpful. HTH

Sorry if this is a silly question, I did search for it, but couldn't find an answer. When registering for the 300 PB points for joining ebay, do you have to register a brand new account, or can you just login with your usual account? Also, does your account have to have the same e-mail address as your PB account? Thanks, Mara x

No, you have to set up a new account and it would be best if it had the same email addy as your PB one as my one did and I got the 300 points

the 300 piggypoints is for registering a new account and making a bid on something.

the ebay account doesnt need the same email address as PB, but when you make that first bid you need to start it from the PB Ebay page for it to use the tracking ID to get your points.

I just regestered again with 'choose a prize .com' as wasnt sure if I had already. It took my details, and said'Your details have already been submitted' but when I looked in my piggybank, it had given me another 50points. I thought Id share this with you all to see if it works for anyone else:p
