My Baileys milk frother came todayThere is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.

Contacted PB to see what was happening about the New Year comp, got this response.
Hi Andy,
We have had some delays in finalising this competition. We expect to announce the winner onsite next week (and to contact the winner by email). Sorry to keep you in suspense!
Kind regards,
Karl

Savvy_Sue wrote:So maybe one of you would like to email Pigsback and get that page amended: it would be a right bummer if you ordered on the basis of what the rewards page said and then found it was wrong!
Of course there's always Orange Wednesdays ... and we can get two free tickets each week now DS2 is working at the cinema where DS1 used to work! As well as the film preview offers someone mentioned - anyone got a link to that? Please, pretty please?
I'd emailed pigsback when i first asked on here (thought you guys would be quicker, was right lol), just got a reply:
Thanks for your email. These are valid within London, excluding:
Camden, Covent Garden, Kensington, Leicester Square, Marble Arch, Panton Street, Swiss Cottage, Tottenham Court Road, Wardour Street and West End.
Kind regards,

I replied back to suggest they amended the page
The freebie deals on the boards are never for showings local to meand any i could get to i wouldn't finish in time for a particular showing. I do keep an eye on them tho, but its tough in London, my last couple of attempts with "free cinema visit" offers from the Evening standard (particular film, particular day, particular time) have all had huuuuge queues and they fill before i get to front. Cant really justify a day off just to maybe get a free cinema trip lol
I agree with what someone else said, with the prices these days, especially if you go with a friend, save the money wait for it to come on DVD, find an offer code and then you can either keep it if it's good to re-watch, or sell it on :rotfl::rotfl:0 -

CharleneUK wrote:Good for you! :T How long did it take to publish? I have submitted two reviews earlier this week, fingers crossed.
These ones were entered on Monday or Tuesday. It seems a bit random when they update reviews though - I know the gig reviews section has gone without being updated for 2 weeks before, but other times it's done weekly.
I had another thing published today - a 'better pigsback' one - and not the one I expected. I suggested a books zone where people could post book reviews and they could promote the booksellers on shop and earn. Instead they went for my points tracking comment which I thought everyone else would have done too. There seems to be no accounting for what they choose to publish (or not) as far as I can tell.0 -

The only thing outstanding now is my etribes points which said they'd take up to 6 weeks to appear.0
