Can anybody help please? As a new member of pigsback, I assumed the rewards were similar to mutual points, i.e. that you got money back. All I am able to see is reward vouchers for giftsl Thanks,starmerd.

Yeah you cant exchange your piggy points for cash, only the rewards in the rewards section, sorry!

As others have said I found that M&S were good everything arrived OK etc but I wasn't credited with my piggypoints, when I contacted pigsback they did sort it out but I needed to send copy of my order confirmation from M&S so make sure you keep emails you get from M&S in case of any problems, they will not be able to give points if you can't send them a copy.

To try and answer a previous question, there isn't a comprehensive list of all retailers. There is a search feature on the shop and earn page which brings up retailers that aren't shown elsewhere on pigsback if you search for specific products (not that I can get it to work at the moment)

hhmmmm they are asking for ideas on how to improve their site at the moment so maybe we should ask them to put a list of retailers in as it would be a lot easier for everyone wouldnt it??

I asked for a tracking page, would cut down on the amount of emails people need to send asking for their points, and would generally save pigsback a lot of time i think
