Any one had any problems with Party Bingo tracking for piggypoints. I signed up 29th January I know it says a month so hopefully will get them. Got the Rehab Bingo ones straight away.

I just tried to buy some tickets with Ticketmaster via pigsback but when I get to the first ordering page (name, email, create password, country postcode), it says 'REtype email' and when I enter the email I use for PB, it says it doesn't match. I also tried this using another email which I have used for buying tickets on Ticketmaster pre-PB, but got the same error message. Has anyone had this? Should I just email Pigsback ?

Argh - currently having no end of stress with Pigsback! OH bought a laptop from PC World, using the clickthrough from my pigsback account. A month later, I still haven't got my points. I emailed them, and they say that PC World don't have my order on the list of orders eligable for PP, and they can't find a record of my visiting the PC World offer page. I know I definitely did, and have the order confirmation from PCW showing the time I placed the order; although the order confirmation went to OH's email, which is different to my PB registered email. I don't want to just let it go, because the order's worth about £35, does anyone have any advice on how to deal with this?
