In my house there are 5 people using Pigsback Mon - Fri and Daughters BF using it at the weekend. We have never had any trouble logging off from Pigsback.
As we have 4 PC's and a Laptop in the house on occassions we have all logged on at once and done all the quizes at the same time but most days we take it in turns to do what we need to do.
From what I can see if everybody remembers to log off eachtime they have finished there should not be a problem. It makes no difference to us what browser we use we can always log out.
Has anybody asked Pigsback why they cannot log out or is a case of thinking that you would not get an answer as they don't answer peoples E-mails. When ever anyone in the family has E-mailed PB we have had a reply within 24 hours.
I am not sure that this why these problems are occuring but as there will always be people who want to try and defraud the system and if they are not stopped they end up killing the goose that lays the golden eggs. making things much worse for everyone else. this is why i suspect they saw a need to do what i suspect they may be doing.
edit: not sure if this statement makes as much sense to everyone else as it did to me when i originally typed it. hope it does!!0 -
When you click on a voucher to spend you points does the 1000 points disappear from your account immediately? I clicked on one boots voucher and then select item but it didn't say confirmed or anything. How do you know if it has been accepted?0

Anyone know how long vouchers take to arrive after you have ordered them. I am due a baby very soon and thought i would get the boots ones before i go into hospital!
The Boots ones appear to be in stock for me so you should be able to order them, They reckon you should leave 14 days for them to deliver it and they're generally very good at getting them out on time (unless it's Christmas!)
Good luck with your baby, my cousin is having one today I'm on tenterhooks!Comping, freebieing and trying to pay the mortgage off early!0 -

You need to select it, than click on 'my selections' at the top of the list, this allows you to confirm your choice and give them an address to send it to!Comping, freebieing and trying to pay the mortgage off early!0 -
Thanks Fritha for your nice reply. I managed to order a boots voucher but the points didn't disappear from my account or say it was confirmed. Congrats on the new baby arriving today. OMG it's a scary time :-(. I'm due in 2 weeks - so excited but scared too!0

It did that with Mr Fritha's! If you get bored of waiting try it again and it should send you a new code really quickly. I think a few people did that on here and it worked for us.Comping, freebieing and trying to pay the mortgage off early!0 -
