What have you been entering in the phone number field though? The terms state that you must provide your phone number so that AXA PPP healthcare can contact you to activate your policy.

Babafette...I just used a made up number with the right code for my area IYSWIM

I'm having the same problems, i cleared all my cookies last night and once i'd signed back in and then the OH tried signing out of my account to get into his, it was still staying on mine.

Same is happening today too, so i dont think its anything to do with the cookies, as i've cleared them now about 6 times

An old mobile number that I dont use anymore, never use my current home or mobile number for any sign-ups :-)
